How long will my order take to be ready?

We value your time, so all orders are ready in just a few short minutes.

Order cut off time is 8:30pm. All orders placed after 8:30pm will be ready for pick up the following day.

***All orders not pick up within 48hours will be canceled and refunded**

How do I pick up my order?

Pick up is easy! Just come in with your government issued ID (21+ only) and let an associate know your are here for pick up. We'll grab your order, and you're on your way.

What are your store hours?

Monday - Saturday 9am - 9pm

Sundays 10am - 8pm

What is your return policy?

Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.

However we will take back any defective items that are dead on arrival. Just let us know, and bring it back within 24 hours. (All returns are for same flavor only.)

Can you ship to me?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship at this time. No exceptions.

Why does the cart quantity show one extra item?

This is the way we calculate the mandatory CECET tax imposed by the State of California. You will only be charged for the items shown on your order and the acompanying taxes and fees.
